How much does an air conditioning service cost?
The price is calculated from the indoor, outdoor and ducted units you tell us about. A one-off service is charged at the full calculated PAYG price, with no Direct Debit mandate or ongoing commitment. If you choose service and plan, the first service is a separate full-price charge and the ongoing 12-month plan is 20% off the full PAYG cycle price.
How often should air conditioning be serviced?
Our Care Plan service cycle is 12 months. We will confirm the service date for your system before checkout.
What's included in an air conditioning service?
Your booking confirmation sets out the work included for your system. It does not include repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, upgrades or work outside the agreed service.
Do you service air conditioning systems you didn't install?
Yes — we service most common residential and light-commercial brands, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, LG, Samsung, Panasonic and Toshiba, even if your system was installed by another company.
What is the AC Care Plan?
A 12-month plan for a scheduled service. For customers new to Smart Heat, the first service is a separate full-price charge; the plan for the next 12-month cycle is 20% off the full PAYG cycle price. The amount due today, first-service charge, recurring amount, minimum total, service date and included and excluded items are shown before checkout.
What discount do installation customers get on the care plan?
Smart Heat installation customers can use a secure invite. When they join within 90 calendar days of installation, 30% off the full PAYG service-cycle price is applied once. After 90 days, a new 12-month cycle is 20% off the full PAYG cycle price.
What happens if Smart Heat recently serviced my system?
Use your secure invite. You are not charged again for the service already completed, and the next 12-month cycle is 20% off the full PAYG cycle price. Your invite shows the completed service date or source and the next service date before checkout.
